NOON Scientific Journal (NOONSJ) An international refereed journal issued by the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies, semi-annually issued in (December-July) of each year under the supervision of a group of scientists, researchers and specialists from all over the world. NOONSJ publishes all its articles under a full open access model, making them freely and immediately available for reading, downloading, and sharing by users around the world. Articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits users to share, copy, redistribute, translate, or create derivative works from the articles, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors.

Greetings;
On behalf of the editorial board, it gives me immense pleasure to welcome
all our authors, reviewers, and readers to the first edition of NOON Scientific
Journal (NOONSJ) for which I have acted as Editor-in-Chief.
Iwas extremely proud and honored to take over this role, after successful
experiences as editor-in-chief, associate editor, editorial board member, peer
reviewer and more in different journals from 2008 to date.
NOONSJ is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal dedicated to fostering
cutting-edge research and discourse in multidisciplinary fields.
The journal actually intends to publish high-quality and original research,
reviews, case studies, and perspectives that address emerging challenges and
opportunities in the field related to the journal’s themes. Our team of esteemed
editorial board and reviewers works diligently to ensure a fair, constructive, and
timely peer-review process.
The main mission is to provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, and
innovators to share high-quality work that contributes to the advancement of
knowledge and practice.
I am fortunate to be supported by a highly committed, hardworking, and
enthusiastic management team. In this regard, I am deeply grateful for the support
provided by Prof. Dr. Ali M. Elfitori, the former President of Libyan Academy
for Postgraduates’ Studies, Ajdabiya Branch, as well as by Prof. Dr. Yahya Saad
Hamad, who has been appointed as the new President of the Libyan Academy for
Postgraduates’ Studies, Ajdabiya Branch. Both consistently go above and beyond
to ensure that the journal begins its mission and fulfills its duties successfully and
on time. I would also like to thank all authors who have chosen NOONJS as a venue for publishing the findings of their research, as well as all our reviewers for their
dedication, time, and hard work in strengthening the quality of the articles
received for the first volume and its issues (June and December 2025). To our
readers, we hope you will find the journal’s content insightful and valuable for
your professional endeavors.
