NOON Scientific Journal (NOONSJ) An international refereed journal issued by the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies, semi-annually issued in (December-July) of each year under the supervision of a group of scientists, researchers and specialists from all over the world. NOONSJ publishes all its articles under a full open access model, making them freely and immediately available for reading, downloading, and sharing by users around the world.
