The NOONSJ is pleased to invite researchers from all disciplines to submit their work to the journal. As a multi-disciplinary publication, NOONSJ welcomes manuscripts from researchers worldwide. The journal prioritizes submissions from Libyan universities including both (public and private universities), postgraduate academies, technical faculties, and higher professional institutes.
