Focus and Scope

NOON Scientific Journal (NOONSJ), published by Libyan Academy for Postgraduate StudiesAjdabiya Branch – Libya, is an international, double-blind, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal.

NOONSJ provides an interdisciplinary platform for scientists, researchers, and professionals to disseminate original, high-quality studies and practical applications that contribute to solving real-world challenges and advancing technological development across industries and societies. The journal emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and the transfer of scientific knowledge into effective solutions that enhance modern life.

The journal is published on a biannual basis and accepts manuscripts in both English and Arabic. All submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, scientific integrity, and consistency with the journal’s mission and scope.
